Ask The CAVE is an AI concierge. It sends your messages, recent conversation and relevant approved information about The CAVE to OpenAI to generate answers. Avoid sharing sensitive information in chat. Requests use OpenAI’s store:false setting; this does not guarantee zero provider retention.
The website does not store conversation text in its database or application logs. Your conversation stays in this page’s memory and clears on reload or “New.” The server stores spending counters and a hashed account identifier or network address with rate-limit counters to limit abuse and spending. The website host and OpenAI may process ordinary service logs under their own policies.
Chat does not submit inquiries, take payments or make reservations. Inquiry links open our HoneyBook forms. Your chat is not automatically copied to those forms. Information you submit there is handled by HoneyBook and The CAVE to respond to your request.
The website uses Google Tag Manager with the existing Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta measurement configuration. Embedded forms and media use HoneyBook, YouTube, Instagram and Frame.io. These providers may receive ordinary device, network and usage information and use cookies under their own policies. This page describes the chat and website services; it does not replace those providers’ privacy policies.
